Refund & Return Policy

At Delwa Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.

Domestic Returns (U.S. Residents Only)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be shipped within the United States.

  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at delwaclothing@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
